Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of original fine art and custom commissions, all sales are final. We want you to be thrilled with your acquisition; if your piece arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us at bobohuettel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

For non-custom home decor we offer a 5 day window for studio credit or exchange, provided items are returned in their original condition.
